Hugo’s quick start guide needs to be updated at the top to note which version of Go is needed to build it. Especially since the change from config.toml to hugo.toml happened around v0.112.0 or so.
Ubuntu 22.04 doesn’t ship with the latest GO or HUGO to get the quickstart on the Hugo page to work (https://gohugo.io/getting-started/quick-start).
